PAGTIC-DE takes place from Wed., Sept. 17 thru Sat. Sept. 20, 2025 in Wilmington, on the margins of the UN General Assembly.

Participants will share experiences, address obstacles, and present mutually beneficial U.S.-Africa-Caribbean investment opportunities. This includes focuses on Africa’s official development blueprint of Agenda 2063 (“The Africa We Want”), U.S. Commercial Diplomacy and co-creating “niche Africa-Diaspora relations and business opportunities.”

“It’s only fitting that PAGTIC-DE takes place in September during African Diaspora Heritage Month,” says Alicia Clark, CGA Director of Global Partnerships. “This conference links relationships and direct investments between U.S. companies and entrepreneurs and fast-growing economies of African and Caribbean nations.  So this year’s theme: ‘Shaping the Future by Connecting Markets and Building Prosperity,’ aims to do just that and so much more.”
