(BPRW) African American Small Business Foundation Launches 2025 Giving Campaign

(Tech Zone Daily) The African American Small Business Foundation, Inc. has officially launched it 2025 Giving Campaign raising funds to Empower the African American Community.

About: African American Small Business Foundation – The African American Small Business Foundation, Inc. services the minority community in counties of Downstate, New York which includes New York City, Long Island, and the downstate counties of Duchess, Orange, Putnam, Rockland, Sullivan, Ulster, and Westchester.

The foundation provides: Financial Literacy Training, Entrepreneurial Training, Access to capital, Workforce development, Advocacy, Chamber development, Economic Community Empowerment, Facilitate workshops and panels, and Small business counseling services.

The African American Small Business Foundation, Inc. was launched with the goal of increasing resources to minority-owned businesses which were adversely impacted during the recent pandemic and historically underserved by diverse sectors of society.

The goal of the foundation is to support small businesses in a variety of ways according to its mission and goals.

About: Founding President – African American Small Business Foundation, Inc. – Phil Andrews is the current President of the Long Island African American Chamber of Commerce, Inc. (LIAACC) and President-Emeritus of Black Public Relations Society-New York.

He is a Past President of a local chapter of 100 Black Men of America, Inc. having served two terms as President, and the Founding President of 100 Black Men of Eastern New York, Inc. the first newly chartered chapter of 100 Black Men of America, Inc. in Downstate, New York since 1974.

In 2019 the New York District Office of the United States Small Business Administration named Phil Andrews as its 2019 Small Business Champion for 14 counties in Downstate, New York.

He has been named to City & State Magazine Top 100 Power List on numerous occasions.
