Launches Rolling Out Music with Debut Single “This Winter” by Kevin Ross

This new subsidiary is a forward-thinking record label and creative hub built to amplify the voices of independent artists, curate cultural moments, and deliver authentic Black music experiences that transcend generations and genres.
As part of the new rollout, music veteran Richard Dunn has been appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Rolling Out Music, bringing with him more than 30 years of experience in live music, touring, and entertainment management to the new division. Dunn will lead strategy, operations, and artist development initiatives, helping shape the label’s creative direction and global partnerships. Under his leadership, the division is committed to building infrastructure that empowers artists, fosters creative control, and celebrates Black excellence.

Kicking off this exciting new chapter is Rolling Out Music’s debut release, “This Winter,” a collaboration with award-winning R&B artist Kevin Ross. As a chart-topping recording artist and label founder of Art Society Music Group, Ross stands among contemporary R&B’s most distinctive and influential voices. His intentional artistry and authentic connection with listeners continue to resonate, most notably with his #1 Billboard hit “Love in the Middle,” which dominated the Billboard Adult R&B chart for four weeks earlier this year.
“This Winter” perfectly illustrates Rolling Out Music’s creative ethos with its timeless sound and meaningful storytelling. In the accompanying music video, Ross is joined by VH1 star Deelishis, for cinematic visuals that amplify the song’s romantic energy and seasonal charm.
