Rich Paul, the sports activities agent greatest recognized for representing NBA star LeBron James, has joined former Nike executives to start a minority-owned marketing and inventive agency named Adopt.

The agency goals to assist corporations within the sports activities and wellness trade broaden their audiences by model marketing. Among the Nike alumni partnering with Paul is David Creech, who led product and model design for the shoe vendor and Michael Jordan‘s firm.

Creech informed CNBC Adopt will deal with model constructing in order that corporations can higher relate to athletes and shoppers. Adopt will cost an agency-marketing price for his or her companies.

“There is this chance we imagine that exists within the sports activities and wellness house that we will are available, establish and uncover market alternatives,” Creech informed CNBC in an interview.

Creech has labored on branding for athletes together with Tiger Woods, James, and Kobe Bryant. He will lead the design, model, and product division at Adopt. Nicole Graham, who served as vp of world model marketing at Nike, will head technique and model, and Josh Moore, one other Nike veteran, will oversee digital and design.
