Steam Replay 2022: How To See Your PC Gaming Highlights Recap

-

PC and Steam Deck gamers can now access their personalized Steam Replay 2022.

It is that time of the year again when consumers of different media can get personalized collected data such as Spotify Wrapped, Apple Music Replay, and more. These features have become a social media trend as they let you express your personality to your peers.

Fortunately, the gaming community is no exception. Steam Replay 2022 is for gamers whose go-to gaming platform is Steam and who have been playing PC games exclusively on it for the past year, as well as owners of the Steam Deck console.

While Steam is not the only PC gaming platform available to users, it is one of the oldest, most feature-rich, and has what seems like an endless selection of games. The feature lets users enjoy learning about their achievements and gameplay for the past year, so here’s how you can access your Steam Replay 2022.

How Do I Access My Steam Replay 2022?

Fortunately, accessing your yearly Steam Replay could not be any easier as players will only need to follow these simple steps, according to Dexerto:

  1. Go to the Steam Replay landing page link. You can also access it through the app by scrolling to the top of the Steam store page and clicking “New & Noteworthy”, followed by “Steam Recap 2022”.
  2. Log into your Steam account through the browser.
  3. Click through to see your recap.

Additionally, you can also choose to make your Steam Replay 2022 public and share it with your gamer friends or keep them entirely to yourself. You are also given the option to view your friends’ public Steam Replay as well.

What Can I See on My Steam Replay 2022?

As an overview, the Steam Replay 2022 displays information on your most frequently played games, the number of separate game sessions you’ve started, and even how much time you spend playing PC games compared to usage on the Steam Deck.

According to DotEsports, Steam users will be able to receive a breakdown of how much time they have spent playing each game during the year, which is broken down by month.

Additional details are also provided, such as the games that you first played this year, how many times you have played them overall, your longest run of days played, and your achievements.

XDA-Developers reports that the Steam Replay also offers some convenient sharing options that let you decide whether you want your friends to be able to watch your replay or whether you would prefer to attempt to keep it hidden from them.

Additionally, you can even create images to share on various social media sites such as Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok, and even Pinterest. You can also compare how your year performed in terms of Steam achievements obtained, games played, and longest gaming streak with the community as a whole.
