These Cyber Monday Grill Deals Are Worth Standing in the Cold For

-

It may not feel like grilling season to you. The first significant snowfall of the year just hit much of the country, from Philly to Boston to Kansas City. But not only will grilling season be back very soon, but the holidays are also actually a great time to cook outdoors, since smoking a big piece of meat leaves your oven free for sides. Which is why we’re scoping some sales on our favorite grills this Cyber Monday.

Most of the products on our list of the best grills are currently marked with some type of discount, though many of them have been priced that way for a while. Among the ones actually discounted, you find the Traeger Woodridge Pro that we reviewed very positively below $1,000 on Amazon, which is $200 off the price we normally see it at.

Amazon has a ton of other big Traeger discounts, too, including $100 off the budget Pro Series 22 and $130 off the larger Pro 34, which has 800-plus inches of cooking area.

You’ll see a lot of sales marked for Weber products like the classic Original Kettle, but it’s actually been selling for $142 for a long time, according to our tracking. You can probably wait for spring on that one.

However, Recteq is another brand offering the biggest discounts we’ve seen recently. The Flagship 1600 is a smoker and grill with massive grate space (1600 square inches, as the name implies) and has impressive specs, including the ability to go low and slow for 40 hours nonstop with a full hopper. It also has wifi connectivity and can get up to 700 degrees Fahrenheit for searing steaks and burgers. The Cyber Monday price is $1,250, the lowest we’ve tracked, and it’s often sold for its full $1,600 list price. The more modestly priced kettle-shaped Recteq RT-B380 is also the cheapest we’ve seen it at $425.

Flagship 1600 Pellet Smoker and Grill

The best bargain in barbecue right now is also on sale. The Brisk It Zelos-450 is an “AI-enabled” smart pellet grill and smoker that’s easy to assemble, looks good, and is easy to control via a polished app. You can get it for $293 this Cyber Monday, which is the cheapest I’ve seen it by a couple of bucks and an absolute steal. This grill is enough for most people’s needs, and while the AI features are pointless, the hardware is fantastic.

Meanwhile, you can also save on accessories like the Meater smart thermometers, which are my personal favorite wireless meat thermometers, thanks to their ability to not only measure internal and ambient temps with a high degree of accuracy but also loosely predict finish times for various cuts of meat. The Plus is below $70 right now, the cheapest we’ve seen it by a few bucks, and $30 off the list price it sometimes sells for. The Meater Pro Duo, which adds Wi-Fi for better connection over longer distances, is priced at $160, which is $40 off the price it normally sells for. Both will handle up to 1000 degrees Fahrenheit.
